Edentulism comes with anatomical, functional and psychological changes in patients. Lacks of stability and retention, together with a decreased chewing ability are the main complaints from these patients. A contemporary treatment is to use dental implants to solve these obstacles. The benefits of implant rehabilitation include bone preservation, improvement in chewing ability, increased stability and retention, and significantly higher patient satisfaction. In this presentation, different strategies to treat edentulous maxilla and mandible will be discussed. Also, immediate loading protocols will be demonstrated in a step-by-step fashion.
